A Financial Company is the information leader on exchange-traded funds. It's vendor neutral approach and its progressive reporting style makes them different from other companies.
 The Challenges
The client provides ETF information on the website for their clients. They had been manually updating data of more then 50 page website. Also client was manually managing subscribers and their portfolios. The manual system needed to be revamped so that the data can be automatically be updated and their customers get real time data and automatically manage the subscribers portfolios.

The following objectives were identified for the system:

 The Solution
We were involved in this project from start to finish.

We evaluated the current website which provided ETF information to the visitors. Our designers and programmers recreated the website and integrated DCM tools. We created an interactive back office program for the client so the client can update the content from anywhere in the world. Also with this interactive back office, the client can manage portfolios and keep track of the subscribers.

The client now has a customer related history, dynamic content management, and portfolio management through the interactive back office. Client is now able to access this interactive back office from anywhere in the world.

The virtual document management center with the personal contact manager and multi functional communications tools ensures an e-office with high satisfaction.

All this has been ensured through web enabled services and electronic communications.

 Duration of the Project
Final version of this project was handed to the client in 5 weeks. This included real time testing and making additional changes from client's requirement. We provided onsite training to all employees.
